Outgoing Rebound Executive Director Hands Over Keys to New Executive Director

Carol Beauchamp, outgoing Executive Director of Rebound Child & Youth Services Northumberland, is pleased to pass the leadership torch to incoming Executive Director Nicole Wood, effective April 17th, 2023. Nicole has worked in healthcare since 2003, most recently as Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Campbellford Memorial Hospital. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMaster University and is currently in the process of completing her Master of Health Studies with Athabasca University with a Leadership Focus. Nicole brings a special passion for child and youth mental health issues through an inclusive lens and has worked on many projects throughout her career.
“It has truly been a pleasure to be a part of Rebound’s growth over the last 8 years. I am thrilled to be passing the torch to Nicole, who I know with her experience in both community and hospital settings will bring an innovative lens as Rebound works toward its next chapter”, Carol says. “The Board and staff team are looking forward to supporting Nicole as the organization navigates the dynamic changes to child and youth mental health and wellness throughout Northumberland County”.

Rebound looks forward to its new chapter with Nicole as Executive Director, and continued growth as they provide impactful mental health programs and services to the children, youth, and families of Northumberland.
