Come on out with the whole family on Saturday October 17 to raise money for Rebound’s programs. You have the option to walk, run or bike either our 1 km or 5 km routes in downtown Cobourg.
Our day will kick off at 9:15am outside Victoria Hall, and the morning wraps up at the finish line for our 5km route at the Lions Pavilion in Victoria Park.
Group and youth discounts available! Kids 5 and under are free.
Where do the funds raised go?
Since 1997 Rebound has been helping kids in our community, adapting to fill the service gaps here in Northumberland County in the areas of mental health, academic supports, justice diversion and youth homelessness prevention. Last year alone we served over 1800 local young people.
We believe in empowering kids, giving them a second chance to reach their full potential. And we believe in the ripple effects that has in building a positive and vibrant community for all of us.
Every one of our services is completely free for clients, so we rely on a committed network of community partners and donors. Our signature fundraising event, Kilometers for Kids, plays a vital role in funding our core services.
