November 9, 2018: Aaron Farrow, Sales Representative, Royal Heritage Realty Ltd. Brokerage gives back to Rebound

Aaron Farrow is a realtor in the Northumberland County that wants to give back to the community by supporting 3 local organizations throughout his career. It is Aaron’s clients that will make the decision as to which of the 3 organizations will receive the donation. Picking Rebound as one of the organizations was an easy choice. With his girlfriend being involved in the READbound tutoring program, he knows of the positive impact that Rebound is making on the communities’ youth. Thank you Aaron!

June 20, 2018: The Home Depot Canada generously donates $500

We would like to thank The Home Depot Canada for their generous donation of $500. Giving is a core value at The Home Depot Canada and is a passion for their associates. Each year, The Home Depot collectively contributes over 60,000 hours of volunteering to community projects nationwide. In addition, they have worked with various community partners to complete over 263 projects. The Home Depot recognizes the efforts of their associate volunteers through their Volunteer of the Year award. The winners were asked to select a charity of his/her choice and a cheque will be donated on their behalf. Award winner, Stephanie Hall chose Rebound Child & Youth Services. We are pleased to accept her donation of $500. With this money, we will be able to continue offering children and youth in Northumberland County with a safe drop-in space where they can seek resources and aid, as well as provide skill building and emotional awareness workshops for students to attend.

June 14, 2018: McHappy Day®  - what a success!

Thank you McDonald's® Cobourg & Port Hope and everyone who supported this wonderful day! Because of your amazing commitment you raised $15,000 for Rebound! To think how this $15,000 can assist Rebound - wow! For example, a program where youth build and develop anger awareness and interpersonal problem-solving skills and also our Cobourg Under 12 Intersectoral Partnership Program, where we will provide comprehensive and integrated service to children under the age of 12 who are at risk. Because of this donation we can continue to make a positive change in our community. Again, we would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude. THANK YOU!
