Volunteers
Community volunteers play a vital role in the successful delivery of positive mentoring, educational and skill based programming at Rebound Child & Youth Services Northumberland. Often, volunteers work without public recognition, yet are motivated by consistent positive results and the satisfaction of knowing that their time has been invested in building a better tomorrow for the entire community.
We hold our volunteers in high regard and believe that they deserve to be fully oriented and trained before beginning their involvement with the youth. Following are the steps required before a volunteer can take on their role as mentor, educator and friend:
