About Us

Rebound Youth Services was initially established in October 1997, as a division of the non-profit registered charity, 'The Northumberland Community Service Order Program Inc.'.   In April 2005, Rebound became an independent agency with new names - Rebound Child & Youth Services Northumberland (business name) or Rebound Child & Youth Services Inc. (corporate name).  

Rebound Child & Youth Services Northumberland ("Rebound") offers unique skill-based, positive mentoring and justice system diversion programs throughout the County of Northumberland.  Programs may be delivered in “neutral” locations (schools, libraries, community centres, churches etc.), during the day, evenings or weekends.  These programs and services are designed to provide cognitive, social skill development and behavioural modification including case management, while engaging in services.

Referrals are received through a continuous intake process, for all Rebound programs from:

	Family Members		Youth Justice Services
	Self Referral		Social Service Agencies
	School Administration		Healthcare Professionals
	Police Services
